Publication of a transparency notification received by Roularta Media Group

Notification summary
Roularta Media Group NV has received a transparency notification dated 23 June 2026. This notification is the result of a block of Roularta shares held by Koinon NV which, as of 12 June 2026, have been registered in the name of Koinon NV for an uninterrupted period of two years and therefore carry double voting rights. As a result, Koinon NV and the persons affiliated with Koinon NV exceed the threshold of 95% of the total number of voting rights.
